Quentin Lea
Principle & Licensee-in-Charge
More than just a job for Quentin, real estate and strata management is his heritage as a second-generation property professional. A true eastern suburbs expert he is proud to have lived in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney his entire life. Quentin’s people-first approach has seen him build a reputation as an industry expert in strata disputes. Whether it is before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), representing Owner Corporations at meditation sessions organised by NSW Fair Trading, or individual negotiations you can rely on Quentin to protect and maximise your assets with minimum fuss.
Albert Pilarski
Strata Manager
Albert joined CGSM as a Strata Manager in mid-2024, transitioning from his previous role as a Hotel Manager. His background in hotel management has made him a highly adaptable and resourceful professional, thriving in the fast-paced world of strata management. He ensures clear communication between the Owners Corporation and contractors, particularly around repairs and maintenance, addressing issues promptly to minimise disruption.
Albert works closely with Quentin Lea, continuously refining his skills and gaining industry insights. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and efficiency allow him to deliver the best outcomes for clients. He holds both an Assistant Agent Real Estate License and a Strata License, showcasing his dedication to professional growth. Albert’s hard work and positive impact have earned him consistent praise from clients and colleagues alike.
Outside the office, Albert is actively involved in the Coogee community. He volunteers at the Coogee Surf Life Saving Club, supporting training, events, and capturing moments through photography. As a proud father, he supports his two sons in their academic pursuits, reflecting his strong values of service, hard work, and community connection.
Jilliane Porcadilla
Jilliane is part of our external administration team. She has previously worked in real estate and joined Common Ground Strata Management in mid 2024. Jilliane assists with client communications and the scheduling of strata meetings. Her role also involves the scheduling access for buidling compliance. Jilliane also ensures that our database information is kept current so that we are able to facilitate repairs in a timely manner. Jilliane has a customer service focus and her polite and positive nature is a benefit to clients and collegues alike.
Kimberlie Domingo
Kimberlie became a part of CGSM in 2024, bringing her expertise to the accounts team. Her strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical abilities have made her a valued asset in maintaining accurate financial records and organising accoutning processes. Known for her proactive problem-solving and reliability, Kimberlie has quickly earned the trust of both colleagues and clients. Her dedication and professionalism plays an essential role in supporting CGSM’s ongoing success and commitment to quality.
