Quentin Lea
Principle & Licensee-in-Charge
More than just a job for Quentin, real estate and strata management is his heritage as a second-generation property professional. A true eastern suburbs expert he is proud to have lived in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney his entire life. Quentin’s people-first approach has seen him build a reputation as an industry expert in strata disputes. Whether it is before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), representing Owner Corporations at meditation sessions organised by NSW Fair Trading, or individual negotiations you can rely on Quentin to protect and maximise your assets with minimum fuss.
Albert Pilarski
Junior Strata Manager
Albert joined the CGSM team in 2024 as a Junior Strata Manger after working as a Hotel Manger. Albert is responsible for communications between the Owners Corporations and contractors with repairs and maintenance. He works closely with Quentin Lea, learning all the different areas of strata including joing the AGMs & EGMs. Albert is focused on completing tasks correctly and efficiently to ensure his clients receive the best service and solution. His professional and enthusiastic work attitude is a benefit to his clients and colleges alike. Albert holds an assistant Real Estate License and a Strata License, his devotion and dedication to work makes him a highly valued member of the CGSM team. Upon strarting working at CGSM, Albert quickly recieved lots of positivie reedback from his clients and colluges due to his hard work paying off.
Jilliane Porcadilla
Jilliane is part of our external administration team. She has previously worked in real estate and joined Common Ground Strata Management in mid 2024. Jilliane assists with client communications and the scheduling of strata meetings. Her role also involves the scheduling access for buidling compliance. Jilliane also ensures that our database information is kept current so that we are able to facilitate repairs in a timely manner. Jilliane has a customer service focus and her polite and positive nature is a benefit to clients and collegues alike.
Kimberlie Domingo
Kimberlie became a part of CGSM in 2024, bringing her expertise to the accounts team. Her strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical abilities have made her a valued asset in maintaining accurate financial records and organising accoutning processes. Known for her proactive problem-solving and reliability, Kimberlie has quickly earned the trust of both colleagues and clients. Her dedication and professionalism plays an essential role in supporting CGSM’s ongoing success and commitment to quality.
