Quentin Lea
Principle & Licensee-in-Charge
More than just a job for Quentin, real estate and strata management is his heritage as a second-generation property professional. A true eastern suburbs expert he is proud to have lived in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney his entire life. Quentin’s people-first approach has seen him build a reputation as an industry expert in strata disputes. Whether it is before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), representing Owner Corporations at meditation sessions organised by NSW Fair Trading, or individual negotiations you can rely on Quentin to protect and maximise your assets with minimum fuss.
Rebecca Wang
Strata Administration Assistant
Rebecca joined our team in 2022 and is responsible for communication between clients and contractors. Rebecca is focused on completing tasks correctly and efficiently. Her professional and enthusiastic work attitude is a benefit to her clients & colleges alike.
Soo Kee Ng
Strata Accounts Manager
Soo Kee works part time and is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. Under the guidance of Quentin, Soo Kee has expanded her knowledge of the Strata Master accounting system that we use. Soo Kee assists with levy payments and payments to creditors. She also assists with insurance claims and debt recovery.
Georgia O’Neill
Strata Management Associate
Georgia started working at Common Ground Strata Management late 2023. As a Strata Management Associate, Georgia is required to ensure our properties are maintained and in accordance with the instructions of the owner’s corporation along with being responsible for liaising between clients and contractors. She also manages our telephone and mailbox where she respond to general queries from residents, agents and the owner’s corporation.
Matilda Lea
Reception and Administration
Matilda started working at Common Ground Strata Management early 2024 and has been in training to become a Strata Manager. She is being assisted by her father Quentin Lea along with all the other staff in the business. Matilda manages the social medias as well as administration and is the smiling receptionist of the business.
